  • Kindra Carroll, LCSW (she, her)

    Clinical Supervisor, Therapist

    Kindra collaborates with individuals and families to support healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. She has extensive experience working with individuals and families navigating a range of challenges including acute trauma, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, LGBTQA+, gender affirming care including providing letters to medical entities for gender affirming medical care. Kindra is a certified IFS therapist and is a trained EMDR practitioner. She specializes in healing complex trauma while integrating culturally affirming, inclusive, and trauma-informed care into her practice.

    In addition, Kindra is an approved Supervisor in Oregon and Washington. She dedicates part of her practice to supporting therapists working toward licensure and provides IFS-specific consultation for both licensed and unlicensed practitioners.

    Kindra’s strength as a therapist lies in her ability to offer compassionate care while incorporating humor and authenticity to build a trusting therapeutic alliance. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys reading, comedy, playing video games, exploring nature, and generally just nerding out on a variety of topics and hobbies.

  • Jordan Dobrovolny, LCSW (she, her)

    Clinical Supervisor, Therapist

    Jordan brings over 16 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. She is trained in EMDR, AEDP, and PACT and has a strong foundation in attachment and trauma work. Jordan values both humor and depth in the therapeutic relationship, believing that we are all naturally wired to move toward health. Sometimes, we just need a little guidance to clear out past trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or depression.

    In addition, Jordan is an approved Supervisor in Oregon and Washington supporting therapists working toward licensure. She also provides consultation for both licensed and unlicensed practitioners.

    Do you need change in your life? You don’t have to navigate it alone. Jordan’s therapeutic style is real, down-to-earth, and relational.

  • Kathleen Converse, LCSW (she, her)

    Therapist

    Kathleen can help you connect to that wise intuitive part of you that already knows how to heal.  Kathleen is a relational therapist trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems Theory, and draws on somatic mind- body techniques. She uses a strengths based approach to build on your existing coping strategies, and will collaborate with you to find the best tools to help you in your healing journey.

    As a former sexual assault advocate and  Director of the Center for Gender Equity at a small private college, she draws on her past experience to help clients navigate relationship issues, relational trauma, and exploring their sexuality. She strives to  provide a queer and trans affirming, feminist, anti-oppressive framework to engage in healing work. 

    She is also  trained as a Level 2 reiki practitioner and enjoys exploring the intersections between neuroscience, evidence based practices, and energy work.

    Kathleen loves working with a diverse range of people, but specializes in working with anxiety, trauma, people pleasing, and navigating relationship conflicts. She is passionate about building deep connections, and fostering increased compassion, calm and confidence for her clients.

  • McKenzie Brock, LCSW (she, her)

    Therapist

    McKenzie is a compassionate and creative therapist who loves working with teens, young adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Drawing from over a decade of personal healing experience and a background in theatre and yoga, McKenzie creates a warm, supportive space where clients can feel seen and empowered.

    Passionate about helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief, McKenzie blends trauma-informed and attachment-focused approaches like EMDR, IFS, and AEDP to support each client’s unique journey. McKenzie believes in honoring every individual’s strengths and creating personalized strategies that celebrate the beauty of our complex minds.

    McKenzie brings an affirming and understanding perspective, meeting clients where they are with empathy and care. It is a great joy to walk alongside people as they rediscover their inner wisdom, build meaningful connections, and reclaim their power to live with purpose and confidence.

  • René Stewart, MSW, CSWA (he, him)

    René brings a lens to therapy that invites you to examine the unspoken rules shaping your life, expand your sense of possibility, and reconnect with your inner guide.

    With curiosity and compassion, you’ll explore the landscape of your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, shedding light on parts of yourself that have been overlooked or quietly waiting for your attention. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy, René supports clients in understanding how different parts of themselves operate—and how to cultivate a more connected, confident inner system.

    With a deep rooting in Queer perspective and a specialty in neurodivergence, René enjoys working with adults and young adults who are seeking new ways to show up in their lives—with more authenticity, flexibility, and self-trust. Sessions often weave in imagination, metaphor, and a healthy respect for side-quests, while always holding steady to your bigger goals.

  • Emily Aumann, MSW, CSWA (she, they)

    Therapist

    Whatever led you to where you are, Emily honors your path. She believes we all have capacity for healing and transformation regardless of past experiences. Her goal is to meet you where you are and accompany you towards the change you seek in your life.

    Emily’s approach is both gentle and direct, rooted in a depathologizing, liberatory framework. She is especially attuned to working with adults navigating chronic pain, trauma, loss and grief, high sensitivity, spirituality, and LGBTQ+ identities.

    Through a trauma-aware lens, she incorporates a responsive combination of somatic parts work, Polyvagal Theory, Brainspotting, and pain recovery models. Her work is informed by relational and attachment-focused methods as well as feminist and queer theories. Extensive experience with chronic pain and the mindbody connection shape her view of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing as deeply interconnected. Emily weaves clinical expertise with embodied wisdom from yoga and earth-tending to foster compassionate connection with self, others, and place.

  • Laura Stanley, LPC (she, her)

    Therapist

    Laura creates a compassionate container where all parts of you are welcome, and holds space for whatever may arise. She has formal IFS training (including the IFSI’s Level 1), as well as training in Hakomi, Sand Tray therapy, Soul Collage, creative writing techniques, dreamwork, and mindfulness approaches. 

    She helps clients explore, express and harmonize their internal systems, and envision a future that enlivens them. She believes that everyone has an inner drive to heal, and that symptoms are often messages that can direct us towards greater balance and fulfillment. 

    Laura has over 10 years of post-degree experience and has worked in a variety of settings. She has spent time in various other cultures, and her first MA was in Intercultural Youth and Family Development. She holds in mind how dominant American culture and various forms of systemic oppression can negatively impact mental health, and also holds that despite myriad challenges, growth and a meaningful life is a possibility for all. 

    She enjoys working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-worth, personal growth, culture shock, non-ordinary states (including psychosis), dreams/nightmares, intergenerational trauma, meaning-making, and grief & loss. 

  • Kara Edge, LCSW (she, her)

    Therapist

    Kara is a licensed clinical social worker who has been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. She began her career as a child and family therapist and has since supported people of all ages and from many different walks of life.

    Her  work is focused on supporting individuals navigating burnout, depression and anxiety, substance use, and relationship challenges. Kara is a Level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and has trained in Somatic IFS. She is deeply passionate about sharing this hopeful, non-pathologizing approach with others.

    In sessions, Kara may invite guided meditation, movement, art, writing, and play as ways to explore and connect with different parts of yourself. She believes that each person’s path of change is unique and she is dedicated to building a compassionate, collaborative relationship that honors each individual’s story.

  • Tavia Perez

    Administrative Assistant

    Tavia brings over a decade of experience in the mental health field to her role as Administrative Assistant at a little light collective. With both professional expertise and lived experience, she has worked as a Youth Peer Support Specialist and a Family Support Specialist, providing guidance and advocacy to countless youth and families. Tavia has facilitated groups, partnered closely with therapists, and consistently advocated for mental health awareness. Her background includes extensive experience supporting the LGBTQ+ community, teens, young parents, foster youth, and others navigating life’s challenges alongside therapeutic care.

    Beyond her professional role, Tavia is a wife and mother who finds happiness in creating meaningful experiences with her family. She loves crafting, curating events, celebrating holidays, organizing, going on new adventures, trying new activities, playing board games, and making magical memories.
